During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the clean and well-decorated lobby area. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing accurate information about the city's main attractions. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

My room was a disappointment. It was small and outdated, with dull lighting that didn't help to create a cozy ambiance for the holidays.

The breakfast offered here was really nice and a great way to start the day. There was a variety of fruits, scrambled eggs, etc. which was really satisfying. the location of the hotel was also a plus as it was easily accessible from one of the main highways and not too far from the downtown area. the hotel had a great hilly residential area which was really nice for taking a walk around.

The fitness center had basic equipment but sadly was not well maintained. There could be improvement in the variety offered, as it was a bit limited.

Efficient service, good breakfast, spacious beds, convenient location, clean rooms.

The fitness center lacks proper equipment, and some of the staff members have trouble with English.

We also appreciated the valet parking and the hotel facilities, which were clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the location was convenient for our needs, not far from downtown and easy to access by transportation.
